Product Profile: Dirak is a dedicated multimedia production tool focusing on batch image-to-video conversion. It enables users to upload multiple static pictures, customize playback speed, transition effects and sequence arrangement, and quickly convert image collections into high-definition exclusive videos for daily sharing and personal collection.

Age Access Restriction Statement

This image conversion and video creation service is exclusively accessible to end users who have reached the age of eighteen (18). Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering accounts, uploading image resources, using video conversion functions and accessing any internal functional modules of this application. The operator does not provide services for minors, and does not actively collect or store any personal information related to underage users. Any service access by underage users shall be regarded as a violation of this policy, and all corresponding legal liabilities shall be borne independently by the user and their legal guardians.

Preface & User Consent

This Privacy Policy elaborates the complete data operation specifications, privacy protection mechanisms and corresponding user rights formulated by Dirak operator (hereinafter referred to as “Us”) for the image-to-video conversion service. This electronic agreement constitutes a legally binding contractual relationship between the platform and all registered users (hereinafter referred to as “You”). Initiating image uploading, enabling video synthesis tasks and downloading finished videos are deemed as your voluntary acceptance and unconditional recognition of all clauses of this policy. If you refuse to comply with any clause, you are not authorized to use any service of Dirak.

1. Data Scope & Collection Logic

We always adhere to the "purpose limitation and minimal collection" principle, and only collect core data necessary to complete image transcoding and video rendering tasks. We never collect users’ private sensitive information without explicit authorization. The data processed by the platform is divided into two independent categories:

1.1 User Generated Multimedia Assets

All static picture files actively uploaded by you for video production, personalized parameter configurations including frame rate, transition effects and image sorting rules, as well as finished video files generated after system rendering. All multimedia assets are permanently owned by the uploading user.

1.2 Desensitized Statistical Data

Anonymous data automatically collected to stabilize service operation, including device basic information, application startup frequency, conversion task volume and functional failure logs. Such data is completely desensitized, cannot be used to identify individual users, and is only applied to internal product optimization.

2. Authorization Scope & Data Application Rules

You grant us a limited, revocable non-commercial authorization. We only use your multimedia data to perform video conversion tasks you requested. Without your written exclusive approval, we are prohibited from using your uploaded pictures and synthesized videos for commercial promotion, algorithm training, paid distribution and other extended scenarios.

Legal usage scenarios cover: analyzing picture formats to realize adaptive transcoding; executing user-defined parameter commands to generate compliant video files; diagnosing abnormal conversion failures; optimizing rendering efficiency and upgrading video synthesis algorithms; fulfilling statutory compliance obligations and responding to legal official investigation requests.

3. Storage Strategy & Data Clearing Mechanism

A dual-track storage strategy of local priority plus temporary encrypted cache is adopted to fully protect user multimedia privacy:

Original pictures and rendered videos are stored locally on your mobile device by default, and you have absolute dominant control over all local files. The temporary cloud cache function is an optional auxiliary service, which is only used to cache incomplete conversion tasks during real-time computing. After the task is completed or terminated, the system will automatically erase all cached multimedia data within twelve (12) hours without retaining any backup copies.

Users can manually delete single pictures, unfinished tasks and finished videos at any time. Desensitized statistical data will be automatically cleared every 18 days to reduce server storage pressure and potential privacy risks.

4. User Exclusive Data Rights

As the sole owner of all multimedia creation content, you enjoy one-stop full-cycle data management rights: preview, classify and delete uploaded image materials before conversion; adjust video parameters at will and export finished videos to local storage; activate or close the temporary cloud cache function freely; withdraw data processing authorization permanently and cancel your registered account. The platform will not charge any additional fees for users to exercise the above rights.

5. Third-Party Cooperation & Information Disclosure Rules

Dirak implements a strict zero-sharing policy for user private multimedia content. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent, share or transfer users’ original pictures and synthesized videos to any external third-party merchants, social organizations and private individuals for profit or non-profit purposes.

Data disclosure is only allowed under mandatory statutory special scenarios: responding to valid judicial subpoenas and administrative investigation orders issued by authorized national institutions; eliminating imminent public safety hazards and user property risks; performing legal obligations required by applicable laws.

6. User Usage Obligations & Restrictions

When using our image-to-video conversion service, users need to abide by global network security laws and relevant regional regulatory provisions. It is forbidden to upload and convert pictures involving illegal crimes, violent pornography, religious discrimination and copyright infringement. All legal liabilities, compensation losses and administrative penalties caused by users’ illegal uploading behavior shall be independently borne by the user, and the operator reserves the right to ban violating accounts permanently.

7. Policy Update & Dispute Settlement Clause

We reserve the right to update and revise this privacy policy according to product function iteration, cloud service upgrade and legal policy adjustments. The revised policy will be published on the dedicated privacy page inside the application, with the latest revision date updated synchronously. Your continuous use of conversion services after the update takes effect will be deemed as acceptance of revised clauses.

All disputes arising from this policy shall be settled through priority email negotiation. If the two parties fail to reach a consensus, the dispute shall be submitted to the judicial authority where the operator is located for final ruling. If any single clause is judged invalid due to legal changes, the validity of other clauses will not be affected.
